I have spoken with one of the sales assistants on a couple of occasions and felt relaxed throughout the communication process. Regarding the information I received about the product and finance, it was second to none. I would recommend using DFS.

Went into the Reading store today & were served by John.

We were in & out having purchased a new sofa in 20mins. No hard sell, no annoying sales tactics - just showed us what we wanted, explained the different options that were available (size, shape, colour, fabric, feet, payment).

Clear, friendly, informative- would recommend.

From the start the staff were very friendly and helpful without being too pushy Definitely recommend

I recently bought the Muligar set and Cameron attended to me. He went all out to assist and informed me of details I wouldn't otherwise have known. He's great at his job and I would recommend anyone who is going to buy anything at the Galway store to ask for him . He is that good .

Very informative gentleman who was thorough in the process, made me feel at home and comfortable, and helped me to know how I can best look after my sofa in the years to come.

Overall a good experience, however was not happy at the 100.pound delivery charge for my sofa outrageous.
